Crisis Communication Strategies For Businesses

During the onset of Covid-19, Linear Creative helped The Wagnalls Memorial Foundation develop a Covid-19 Mitigation Strategy for employees and guests. To help the Library recover losses brought on by mandated closures and canceled fundraising events, we wrote a grant application and submitted it to Ohio Humanities for an OH CARES Immediate Emergency Grant on behalf of our client. Wagnalls was awarded $5,000 to help pay for new Covid-19 procedures and supplies.

The Covid-19 mitigation program included an informational website landing page, social media campaign, and community event materials that kept the community informed on the Library’s ongoing efforts to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
